July thoughts & Goals

I decided to post this a few days early since I rarely get online over the weekend and Mondays are usually pretty hectic at work.

I want to make July a successful month. I want to get back on track and make healthier decisions. I know that by doing that, I'll feel better both mentally & physically. July is going to be my month to take time for myself. This doesn't mean ignoring everyone else, this just means putting me & my needs first. There are 6 months left in this year, and I don't want to end it the same way I began it!

Here are my July goals:

- At least 6000 steps/day
- At least 250 fitness minutes/week
- At least 2 water bottles/day - about 56 oz.
- 1 serving raw veggie/day - this is totally new territory for me!
- Blog on SP at least once/week

    I just started eating baby spinach. I eat it raw & it has no taste. I eat it, like chips, with lunch. Easy way to get in another serving of vegetables. I am going to copy you & start writing down monthly goals! emoticon
