Happy Thursday!!

So I am weighing in tomorrow. I am hoping to report some good news! I've had a much better week this week. I've eaten really clean, I've had a few slip-ups, but, I think I am pretty much on point with everything. I feel a lot better and even started squats and lunges again. Those exercises are so effective for me. If I can atleast do those I feel so much better. I'm going to the gym tonite since it is blazing hot today. I will do my arms and abs today, plus I am going to do a 5k on the treadmill. I'm going to record my time. I'm going to try for personal bests. I hope everyone else is having a great day!

    Wow, wow and double wow! It sounds like you are right on track and are having a great week. I am sure that your weigh-in tomorrow will be a good one. But all scales aside- you are the Queen of NSV right now! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Iím so glad you are doing so well! I first read your blog for today and then had to read your blog from last week to get caught up. I can sooo relate to your post from last week. Iíve been slacking lately with the exercise so Iím a little scared to get on the scale to see what the damage is. Thankfully Iím still doing well with sticking to my eating plans since I donít have junk at home so itís not a complete down-slide. However, with the lack of regular exercise and the fact that Iíve got my ďmonthly visitorĒ which usually adds about 3 lbs to me, Iím not looking forward to weighing myself. Perhaps I should just skip it this week.
But I am very happy to read that you have been able to re-focus and that you feel good about tomorrowís weigh-in! Keep it going, my friend! Iím very proud of you!

    Great to hear!

I TRIED going for a short run and only made it 15 min because it was so HOT....well, I also had a time limit since I had waited until 12 to start my workout and I have to be somewhere at 1:30...oops...almost time to go! Just logging my few fitness minutes and heading out. Good to hear you are going to get a good workout at the gym tonight! Keep up the good work!! emoticon emoticon
