So I am weighing in tomorrow. I am hoping to report some good news! I've had a much better week this week. I've eaten really clean, I've had a few slip-ups, but, I think I am pretty much on point with everything. I feel a lot better and even started squats and lunges again. Those exercises are so effective for me. If I can atleast do those I feel so much better. I'm going to the gym tonite since it is blazing hot today. I will do my arms and abs today, plus I am going to do a 5k on the treadmill. I'm going to record my time. I'm going to try for personal bests. I hope everyone else is having a great day!
