Using Sparkpeople to get back on track

emoticon Today I'm keeping track of what I eat emoticon

In the year 2012, I gave up sugar for a year and lost 30 lbs emoticon

Then I caved into sugar at the holidays emoticon

Now I hope to get back into healthy eating, exercise and making new habits emoticon

Sooo, looking forward to meeting new spark friends emoticon

And using all the wonderful tools sparkpeople offer emoticon

It took me an hour to refigure how to track my food, but it was fun. And I realize I am out-of-touch with the amount of food I eat!!

So, I will be cutting back, little by little, and adding more vegies and fruit

and of course reading all the articles on sparkpeople. boy do those articles give me the added boost I need. And I have to remind myself, "don't give up"!!
