So tomorrow is day 10, I've already seen a few pounds drop on the scale but I think this is due more to the dropping out fizzy drinks, upping my water intake and eating healthier than the workout alone!
It's been a hard week and a half but I feel stronger in my core area already, my posture is improving and my pants are feeling a little looser
So I'm going to do day 10 tomorrow and move up to level 2 and let Jilliannkick my chubby ass a bit harder!
