So, I've returned again to Spark People after reading an inspiring story about someone who lost 130 pounds thanks to using this site. I've been going to TOPS meetings for the last two years and I lost 38 pounds. But recently our branch had a change in leadership and somehow the sparkle has gone from our meetings. Also, I've developed gut troubles and some depression, so I thought I might make a change in my approach. I've been reading about Mindfulness and diet and have decided to use Spark People for my community inspiration and use meditation as my support method to offset my cravings. We will see how this works. Is it just a matter of making a commitment to change?
