Day 1

Today is the first day of my 45 day challenge. I lack motivation and have failed time and again to lose weight . I just need the slightest of a change in routine as excuse from working out. This time around I want to make it different. I really want to work to lose weight.

Toast ,+ 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter and Banana

Snack :
1 string cheese

1 bowl whole grain pasta + 1/2 a pear

1 Banana+2 Graham Crackers( gotto switch the crackers)

Dinner :
1 1/2 flat bread + greens+ 1/2 cup yogurt

I atleast got to write down what I eat. In a way it is a good day because I made a start and a bad one for not moving my body and working out. I would love to do zumba tomorrow and try to bring down the carbs. Good night !
