Since a few weeks ago i've put alot of stress on my shoulders. As of right now i attend a private school called Atterbury Job Corps. I have a part time job, I do security training, I'm a program coordinator for a new Fit club I started and i find time to work out. People say i do to much and that i'm crazy. i love what i do though, yes it's stressful, but it helps me grow stronger as a person and gives me better experience. The only problem i have is sticking to my healthy eating. I'm a health food guru now, but when i'm stressed I eat. I'm working on coming up with a new plan for my self to fit my schedule and help me maintain my healthy eating. It's going to be a struggle since i've been off my diet for a few weeks now and i plan to motivate myself as well as others to eat healthy. This should be a great push for myself and hopefully for others.
