I still have 15 lbs to lose until I reach my goal weight. After hearing about the BeFit 90 program from a fellow Sparker, I've decided to try it. I have now finished Day 5 of the 90 day program.
So far, I really like it. The videos are easy to follow and really kick my butt sometimes. Rest days are factored in so I don't feel too overwhelmed.
