I will get in at least 5 fruits/veggies every day.
I will not drink more than 1 mug of coffee/day.
I will drink my water (at least 10 glasses).
AND, I will exercise:
Wednesday: 1 mile run
Missed this one today....
Wednesday was insane for me... between all the emotional roller coasters this week has thrown at us as a family - I was just exhausted. I fought with the insurance company yesterday over my daughter's impending trip to a specialist - which, of course, affects our ability to afford said trip. Whatever. It's her health. We'd max out every credit card we had and take out a loan if we had to - to make sure she gets the care she needs (hoping it doesn't come down to that, but Mamma Bear definitely showed up yesterday!).
Then, on my drive home from work, found out my dad needs heart surgery
. It has been a hard week to say the least.
Anyway, didn't eat great last night and fell asleep on the couch before I exercised... I could have done a lot worse, so I'm just trying to pick myself up and keep going today. Though with two meetings after work today, exercise may allude me again... but I'm going to fight to get something in - even if it's not my 2.5+ run.
