I am building to get back to a ROUTINE. The most important part is getting my mind working toward ANTICIPATION of each day and week's goals.
It's key to think ahead and predict each outcome of eating and exercising. This is my new challenge after being away for several weeks. I so regret missing the great learning behavior and routine I had before.
But, I know it's time to reclaim my work toward a FITTER ME!
