A new ENTRY plan

I am building to get back to a ROUTINE. The most important part is getting my mind working toward ANTICIPATION of each day and week's goals.

It's key to think ahead and predict each outcome of eating and exercising. This is my new challenge after being away for several weeks. I so regret missing the great learning behavior and routine I had before.

But, I know it's time to reclaim my work toward a FITTER ME!

    Planning and sticking to a routine can be very difficult for many people (me included). I say don't give up trying to get it done, eventually things will become normal habits and then it will seem easier, you'll want to do the right things.

    Planning is my Biggest issue, it always has been. I like to just wing it but I have found that when I do this my food intake is nutritionally terrible. I keep an "emergency bag", I keep non perishable high protien food items in it so if I do find mysself flaking out on good eating i can jump right back in. I do have to say I try to eat a lot of protien because thats what has helped me the most on my journey. I feel your pain in getting back into a routine. I know some people even plan their exercise days out I tend to say I want ot exercise 4 or 5 times a week and then just do it with no set schedule. Good luck!
