Mid week review

So far I've had three good workouts: two hikes, one Hi/Lo aerobic. I have two more scheduled for this week.
I'm adding more veggies and steering clear of most commercial food.
I am enjoying some Haagen Daz and incorporating that into my calorie counts.
I am practicing meditation at least 1x/day.
I am under a lot of stress. My neighborhood is under attack from developers. We live in a rural area that is zoned rural but has become enticing due to its geographical location close to very fancy neighborhoods. Its stressing
everyone out. We don't want the traffic, the noise, or the potential for transients.
I am under stress at my job.
My job captain has lost his mind. He is nuts. He can't hold more than one thought at a time, he is hair triggered, he literally runs away from reasonable conversations about business. But, he is the captain and I can't fire him. The worst part is he is a relative
and that just makes this harder. I have to walk on egg shells around him. I think he may have had a stroke but we aren't allowed to say that. It would upset him. I don't even want to be around him anymore. I literally get up early so I can get out of the house first.
I need to add more yoga to help me cope.
