So far so good

So i made some new goals a few days ago, and so far so good. I started a new challenge "official january jumpstart fitness challenge" and yes i know it's not january, but hey it's a challenge. I have realized that i wont exercise everyday unless i have a challenge or big goal. I have cut back my smoking to 1-3 cigarettes a day. And that is usually because i have a couple of drinks at night. (which i am working on quitting too)

Well today is my 31st birthday and i know all my friends will want to take me out, but I'm thinking that i might stay at home......hmmm....decisions decisions. Hope everyone has a wonderful day.
