I went to my first yoga class last night. I feel fantastic and energized and just seem to have a better outlook on things today. Hopefully they will be able to work with me on the prices because I am can only go on Wednesday nights. If they can then I am totally going to start going to yoga. I dont think that I can add anything else to my "active" lifestyle.
I go to the gym every morning during the week and kickboxing on Saturday mornings. I am also hopefully adding yoga to Wednesday nights. Now I have to start getting stricter about what I eat.
I have to start recording everything I eat. With the amount of activity that I have added to my life if I was more conscious of what I was eating the pounds would be pouring off. That is why as of today I am going to record everything that I eat and drink and make the choice to stay at or under my calorie max each day.
So there...Take that fat!
