I had grand intentions of doing a lot of things Tuesday morning. I wanted to set some goals. I needed to deep clean the condo. I lost my motivation and really didn't do anything the rest of the day. Yesterday morning and early afternoon wasn't any better.
I'm not sure what happened about 4:30 pm yesterday, but my motivation found me again. I got a few things done that I had wanted to do. So, this morning I woke up determined to hang on to that motivation. I decided to go back to my old habit of making a list of things to do either just before I go to bed or first thing in the morning. I am going to update both my purse and kitchen calendars. I am going to get my 10000 steps in every day. I am going to touch base with family and friends on a rotating basis. I am going to enjoy the summer to the fullest. I am going to re-read my blogs every once in awhile and remind myself of my goals. I can do this!
