Well it's almost the end of June and here I am! I have been home from Texas about a month and I weigh the same as I did when I left! My doctor said I was fine the way I am but I still want to lose 8-10 lbs.
I am still getting in 10,000 steps but I haven't been good about my cardio exercise. It seems like I have more demands on my time here at home. My grandkids, my mom, my friend who comes up in the summer, a bigger house to clean. . . I know that is no excuse and I love those demands! (Not the house cleaning so much!)
I have maintained my weight but I know I have to step it up if I want to lose more. I also have to remember good eating habits for my diabetes control. My goal for July is to raise my HDL levels and I know that means cardio exercise.
and more strength training!
I know what I need to do. I just need to DO IT!
