I've got no engery to do anything. There are days I feel so bad letting you all know you can keep going when I can't get my self to move. I haven't been doing my workouts like I should. The only person I'm hurting is me. I just feel so down right know and I'm not sure why. I want to start losing again. I'm doing this mini challenge to lose 4 lbs by the 4th. I've lose 1. How hard is it to lose 4 lbs. For me right know HARD! I'm feeling like such a failure. I want to do better,just can't seem to kick my self in gear. We went out to eat a few weeks ago and I got a forunue cookie that said "Never Quit" I taped it up on my mirror so I would see it every day. Thought it would help.....Guess we will see

  You've lost 1 lb., maybe it's not 5 but it's still 1. I just appreciate you for addressing your discouragement and looking it in the face. Maybe you can do something you like to do instead of focusing on shortcomings. Sometimes I just like to sit outside and look at my trees, wild birds feeding and singing and it's uplifting to me.

And by the way, thanks for commenting on my activity feed. My problem, like STAY39 is the food and I know that's why the scale hasn't moved more in the downward direction.

    Hang in there a pound is a pound less, although I understand I get the same way, just remember emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon and never surrender!!

    You are not alone my friend. I feel the same quite often. I have been very consistent with exercising and always try to push myself on that end. My big problem is with food. I can be so good for most of the day but then throw it all away on some silly craving or treat that I can't (won't) turn away from. I wish I had more willpower in this area. I have been stuck at the same weight now for 2 months and its driving me crazy! I know what needs to be done so why can't I just do it! All we can do is keep trying, take it one day at a time and be happy with all of our good choices and positive steps forward. Never give up and keep relying on each other for support. We can do this - even if it takes us months to lose 1 lb. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    You can do this! Don't be discouraged if you aren't perfect or just don't feel like it. This lifestyle is all about balance. As long you don't quit, we sure won't quit on you! Hugs to you!

    Hang in there. I know very well the "feeling down syndrome" and how hard it is to keep going everyday. But look! You ARE here. And even though you don't feel "up" right now, you are an awesome inspiration to me! You got online and you commented on other folks blogs! You had the motivation to reach out in this blog. I didn't! I just left because If I couldn't do it all the way, I wouldn't do it at all. You are such an inspiration to keep it up even when you don't feel like it. Don't get discouraged. Keep doing the little things and you will bounce back.
