Overall yesterday was a good day. Didn't make the best choices for breakfast and lunch but dinner had lots of freggies.



I really need to remember this. Food is not a reward. It is fuel and quality fuel is needed to live a quality life.

Goals for today:

emoticon At least 15 min of Wii time

emoticon At least 3500 steps emoticon

emoticon 128 oz of water and tea emoticon

emoticon Write up 2 reports

emoticon Work on CE class

emoticon Earn 55 points on transition task list

emoticon Make a decision about Zumba by Noon emoticon

emoticon Earn at least 20 points for ABC challenge -15

    Would love it if you blogged about how the Zumba was. Are you doing it seated or standing and by yourself, on a tape or in a class. Zumba really burns up the calories and works you out at the speed it goes at. There is a seated vid called Zumba Gold on YouTube.

    I said the same thing about food today in my blog... only I said that I don't want to be a slave to my food... I want to control what I eat, not have the food control me...
