So my body has just been feeling very icky for the last few days. I'm sure it's in response to me not eating healthy or small portions and instead just shoving my face with whatever I see. Regardless, I can't stand this nauseous feeling I have every morning into the afternoon.
Does anyone know of anything to cleanse or flush your body out in a healthy way? I'm going to try to drink a lot of green tea today in addition to my water, just want to flush all of these toxins out and hopefully feel a little better.
On the plus side (maybe?!) something got wedged between/under my teeth and I can't get it out so now it kills to eat, so maybe that will help me not stuff my face? Here's to hoping. And of course I can't get in to see the dentist until late next week, so maybe this will work in my favor haha.
I did well yesterday, kept it down to 1450 calories which is in range. On the high side but better than the 2000+ I'm sure I've hit some days.
