No room for self pity just going to dust off and fix it today. Yesterday I did rest, but I did not fast like I had intended. I was hungry when I went home from work so I made myself a sandwich. BIG MISTAKE. It was like the flood gates opened and I was 'starving' and trying to eat everything in sight. Now I know PMS has something to do with it, but I have been managing that need to feed the last few months and I don't know why but yesterday I just couldn't. The only good point yesterday was that I did get rest and feel rested today. I just hope I show some sort of loss this week.

Yesterday's goals:
rest day - emoticon
16 cups of water - 20 emoticon
fasting day emoticon emoticon

Today's goals:
40 mins of cardio
16 cups of water
low cal/under 30g of carb

    I will not tell you what I weigh today, as I gained big time!! I just pray that I do not gain from vacation!! PMS does do some awful things!! I should have taken my own advice and done the 3 secret weapons for cravings and hunger this week. Look at the best nutritional strategies thread in Physique Transformations weapons to fight hunger and cravings. 5-10g of BCAA and 1-2TB of organic cocoa powder in water does do wonders for hormones and brain chemistry.
