Well today was an okay day. Did cycling at the gym and it was okay. I did not really like the seat it was a pain. I tried to readjust it time and time again. But didn't work. I think I spend more time trying to get the seat comfortable then working out. I broke a little sweat but not as much as kickboxing. But eating is still great and I am going to keep on going. I may try it again just to see how it goes before I completely say I don't want to do it again. So I cant wait to see how I look and feel at the end of 30 days. Then I begin a new challenge.
And next month I start a money challenge with a friend 100 dollars for most weight loss for that month. And because it gets harder to lose weight increase by 50 dollars every month. It will begin July and end in December I am super excited cause I know that it is going to motivate me and keep me going for the months to come since I tend to start off strong and then begin slacking off.BUT NOT THIS TIME!!!
