New Here as Well

So i am also new to logging and am kind of excited to be trying a couple new things. I guess i will mention in this blog post that I've been trying a new diet for about a week now. I think if i would have stuck to it it would have had better results. I've been trying a green smoothie diet which isn't anything specific. I basically try to replace one or two meals a day with some kind of green or healthy smoothie. The reason i started that was because to be honest i am a very picky eater and i feel sometimes it's a little hard to be on a diet where people tell you to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I don't have a problem with fruits exactly but more or less the veggie part of it. I'm like a kid when it comes to veggies. I hate them for the most part and so this is why i decided to try the smoothie diet. So far its been pretty good. My first smoothie was admittedly terrible but then i made a few adjustments and for about a week now I've had at least one smoothie a day where i add some kind of vegetable to a fruit smoothie ,mainly it's been spinach and to my surprise I've liked it. Now i just have to start exercising or at least be more active which has always been my problem because i am lazy...I think i will start off small by maybe promising myself to do maybe some kind of extra movement for at least 10 minutes each day this week. I will probably take my dog for a walk as it will keep me company. Anyways i realize this is a lot of rambling so i think i will go now.

Oh and today i found a turtle. For a split second it made me feel like a kid again thinking "I wanna keep him as my pet" then i remembered how bad our last turtle stunk and how often we had to clean his tank....

    It is a good plan and it will work. As for the turtle it is better in the wild than stuck in a house.
