LIFE IS GOOD 101 - REBOOT WEEK 1 - MID-WEEK

I'm checking in with myself to see how I'm doing mid-week:
* Drink 8 cups / day - getting int he H20 daily!
* Eat 5 fruits / veggies per day - need more consistency
* Get 7 hours of sleep / day - done!
* Read inspiration story / quote - easy!
* Exercise / Stretch minimum of 10 min / day - got in almost 1550 min this week
* Blog 1x / week - blogged 2x this week
* Garden 1x / week (recent hobby & great exercise!) - have done daily
I am succeeded at reaching most of these goals this week:
* Track food daily - 3 days in a row done!
* Meditate 1x / day - did Sun / Mon but not Tues / Wed
* Practice Yoga 1x / week - did on Mon & plans for tomorrow night
* Do Water Exercises 1x / week - walked in the pool for 25 min. Sun
* Weigh myself 1x / week - did on Mon & lost 2 pounds!
I am feeling in the groove & have my Spark back!
