The Exercise Challenge this week is take your fitness outside~take out your bike, jump rope outside, run sprints, swim, run hills, or just go for a walk. If the weather is bad then walk on a treadmill or use a video.
The Food Challenge is to cut sugars and eat a piece of fruit instead. Eat good & track your meals. Try for a gallon a day, but drink at least 8 GLASSES of water per day.
60 Minutes of cardio
Walked several hours, a wooded trail and hard surface.
Eat one fruit
Watermelon & bananas
Accountability with meals
Have a hard time eating when its hot, aye a lot of watermelon & a big salad
Drink 1 gallon water or at least 8 glasses of water
A couch potato!
