Day 1 of week 4 walk/jog program DONE!!

Day 1 DONE!! My husband came with me tonight and lost track of my timing so messed up by 2 mins walk, 2 mins jog the 2nd time I jogged, so decided to make up by doing 34.5 minutes and DID it. I was VERY intimidated by the jog of 2.5 mins but am realizing that I CAN do it! Gosh, the body is an amazing thing that can be adapted to anything and pushed to different and higher limits. Am really appreciating how great the body is.
