Sorry a day late on writing this....
Current Weight (Tuesday):
131.5 no clothes (for WW)
132.6 thin clothing (for SP)
Gained a bit again since Saturday. I'm going to have to really make good on my plan of doing some exercise in July.
My yogurt starter came today though. I haven't made any yogurt yet. I'll probably make some on the weekend. Or something. Then I will tell you how it tastes.... if it even turns out.
The weight gain could just be being bloated still, or water retention. I don't know. It hasn't been much days on the new calorie intake as well so I will see how I am on Saturday or next Tuesday.
