I Pretty Good Day...

I rode my bike this morning 7.1 miles...my goal is to reach 10 miles in the next 30 days...I tracked my food, had 12 glasses of water & stayed very much within the ranges when I tracked my food....Happy with myself. Meeting some BFD friends tomorrow for breakfast at 6:30 A.M. (Who in the H sets a social breakfast THAT early. I plan to wear my nightgown (over my jeans & shirt) just for laughs... haha...Hope that everyone is having a good week. Take care...

P.S. My walking friend, Donna suggested that I lay on the floor for 15 minutes, after walking or biking & prop my feet up on the couch. Because there is NO way in H, that I can get OFF the floor, I've been stretching out on my bed & propping my feet up on a pile of pillows & blankets & headboard. It has REALLY Made a difference...Thank you Donna...
