went today for my 3rd treatment. On my days off I don't do near as much so my pain level is very low.
at the end he said that he thought that I had done enough with this treatment for this incident with my knee. he recommended several other things to do. Ti Chi or something like that to strengthen my whole body.
I found out I have some arthritis in my knee from an x-ray I had taken. He said that I can make that better so it will not give me any problems by taking care of my body by strengthening it and eating right.
I need to invest more in myself if I am going to really enjoy all the things I want to do. I have known for a while that my legs and my core are not as strong as they should be. so... now I need to come up with a plan I can stick to.
