Something different for breakfast that is fast and really, really filling:
Quaker Oat Bran (hot) Cereal, .5 cup microwaved in 1.25 cups water for 3 minutes, stirring half way through. Top with 2 T wheat germ and 2Tground flax seeds. Can add fruit and/or nuts. Soy, almond, or skim milk is a good addition, too.
Love a filling breakfast!!
