Cardio - done (45 minutes)
Situps, Crunches, Plank - Done

Breakfast - Lean Pocket
Snack - Rockstar Energy Drink
Lunch - Slimfast
Snack - Jalapeno Chips, Veggie Crackers
Dinner - Chips and Salsa

Even though my snack and dinner was awful (I just needed something crunchy) I made sure I stuck to my calories (the low end!) Now I am feeling kind of hungry but I decided it would be a good night to get some extra sleep! That way I kill two birds with one stone - I get sleep and am not tempted to eat more. Weighed in at 135.7 today which I am so proud of. If I keep going like this I should be able to post a 4-5 lb loss this week!!!
