It's 3:36 PM and it's 102 outside (according the temp gadget on my computer screen). That is HOT. One of the good things about working OT and getting to work at 6 AM is I have my pick of parking spots. And I just happened to find one that will be in the shade of smallish tree when I got off. It's not much, but it does help to keep the inside cooler.
We are going to be under an excessive heat warning for the next 4-5 days. Since Jason will be here for part of this, I think we'll probably stay inside (in the A/C) a lot. Bonding time with my baby boy!
This is from the NWS:

Eating last night was not too bad. I was a tad over, which seems to be a trend this week. I need to nip that shtako right here and now! It only seems at night. I don't know...could it be the OT I'm working? Longer hours at work makes me hungry? If so, I need to add a workout at home! And speaking of working out...I'll have to try and get them in sometime next week. I'll be off work for the week and I always seem to have trouble getting a workout in when I'm not at work.
I did get 61 mins in at lunch today. And on the elliptical. This is suppose be the week for the elliptical, but Mon and Tue I had to use the treadmill. I got lucky today!
I'm thinking tacos for dinner tonight. I have all the fixings for them.
OK...that will be it for me...Have a great Hump Day everyone!
