Great day for me! Down another lb and set a goal and achieved it!

Wednesday, June 26, 2013

Doesn't get any better, took hubby's car in for maintenance and I set a goal for myself to walk to Aquatica sd in Chula Vista from Honda service and then of course walking back lol
2.68 miles to walk to Aquatica sign, took a pic and walked past car center where the car was at and walked to the kohls parking lot 2 lights away and back to pay for and pick up the car.
So round trip 4.92 miles, 10,301 steps in 3 hrs 20 min. First time :) next time I'm gonna try for 3 hr 10 min well see but have to wait till hubby has 5,000 miles for that to happen ;)
Got back after fat was tort cheered and weighed myself now I'm at 170.2 lbs 1 little pound to go till I'm back in the 160's still can't believe that a simple maintenance took 3 hrs and I had brought in in an hr early. Wow

Woohoo way to fit in exercise instead of hanging around waiting! You go! 160's are right around that next corner!
