Bus bugs bugs

Bugs - really, I want to write about bugs. Who likes bugs? Well I do not like to share my space with them, but I value their existence and their role in nature. So, while they can be annoying at times, and even scary for some of us (spiders, eeeep), they are living creatures who bring life to the word around us. Big blessing, and big positive from some of our smallest friends.
Speaking of blessings.... I love working in the garden, I like it so much I can even forgive the bugs flying around my face and the one who attempt to take a journey up my nose. I got to harvest the first of my radishes, so after I finish the weeding I can plant some new seedlings. Oh, and they taste delicious too! Yum!
Now I am trying to avoid being bug myself. My son's speech therapist is here today for an hour, and mom is trying hard to stay out of the room without distracting my son away from his work. I think it is awesome I was able to get someone to come to the house to work with him, and I am enjoying listening to them both in the kitchen. Bonus - I made a huge thing of spaghetti last night, so I don't have to cook dinner when she leaves. Awesome!
So many great things to be found in a moments thought, and these are just a few. I challenge everyone who reads this to: look around and think about today - not in depth, but a quick scan of your day - what do you have to smile about? I hope that in your quick retrospection, you find even more than I have listed here. If today is an off day, or it is a struggle, here are a few we share: life, nature, the ability to learn and make positive changes, and most importantly - YOU!
