Day 4 my exercise plan - cardio 3x/week and strength training/PT 3x/week. Wow are my muscles tired! I'm suspecting that Friday's cardio will be pushed back to Saturday. I'm feeling good, but I am definitely feeling it.
Doing well tracking. I suspect I am going to go over calories today but I'm okay with that as long as its a healthy snack. Basically I was super hungry after working out and ate my planned snack early. I know I'll be hungry before dinner.
