Breakfast: Pasture egg and veggie omelet, 2 slices of bacon, 1 cup of strawberries and blackberries, 1/2 an orange. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
Lunch: 1 can tuna, kimchi bacon brussels, green tea.
Snacks: raw macademia nuts, homemade black bean hummus w/ broccoli, low sodium vegetable juice.
Dinner: 6.4 oz wild alaskan salmon baked with a rub and citrus/maple glaze, leftover ginger glazed carrots, and steamed green beans.
Fitness: nothing big today.. just ran errands and did chores, but I did not sit very much, either.
