Update 6/26/13

Wednesday, June 26, 2013

Even with things crazy around here, I decided to commit to another trainer for the summer quarter. I start on Monday July 8th with Trainer #11.

I figure even if I have to quit due to my life crud going on, it's better to attempt than to give up.

I haven't stepped on a scale since FOREVER - I'm afraid to. My eating stinks right now (crunchy cheetos anyone?) And my exercise is almost non-existent. I will be lucky to hit 500 minutes this month (I usually hit 1000) and most of those are from before the proverbial sh*t hit the fan.

But I'm still here, loggin' in - reading blogs, commenting, absorbing.

Breathe, Irish, Breathe. That is my mantra.

Take care everyone - keep moving forward :) And NEVER EVER quit!

Breathing in and out is a very good start. I know first hand how stress can wreck eating plans. Hang in there sweetie. We're all cheering for you!

Good thoughts....always better to take care of yourself when everything is hitting the helps remove you from the immediacy of the crisis and gives you some perspective and ME time.

And exercising helps burn off some of that nervous energy....even things as simple as a walk.

Bottom line; take care of yourself so you can better take care of your love ones!

    Look out Trainer #11! emoticon

Crunchy Cheetos are pure evil! One of my weaknesses - just thinking about them... sigh.

Keep breathing and soon things will improve somehow.

Good for you! Battle back to normalcy as best you can. You're worth it, and you and yours deserve it.
