So, another week, another post...

This week, I've been better than of late.

I actually used my food journal. Not consistently or any where near it... but it actually got written in!

I've done several workouts. I'm both rowing and using my old at home workouts. I even went for one long walk/light jog. I'm building back up.
There is a running event in late October that I think I am going to participate in. I am going to wait until August to decide if I complete the full marathon or the half again. I'm going to train as though I am planning on completing the full, but am only going to register for it if in August, I feel like my body can handle it.

I start my hormones tonight. We will see what happens there. I'm a little freaked out by them and they are really rather pricey and they have to be special ordered and shipped from a women's compounding pharmacy, since it's a non-standard treatment. But, if they help... I've also decided to go the surgical route to fix the rest of my lady problems. I am hopeful that my insurance will cover it, but we are in the wait and see if they do. If not, we will have to re-evaluate and possibly try using two hormone treatments in conjunction. Hopefully, I will know by next week and be getting a date scheduled.

One month until my trip to France. I've got to get my rear in gear and see what I can accomplish in that month.

Off to finish my workout. The little one just fell asleep, so I can hopefully get the last half done without too much interruption!

My hrt, Cenestin, is pricey and hard to get, but makes all the difference in the world for me, and any one else who has to be around me. emoticon Hope you have success with yours.
