Well, last time I was on here I was headed in the right direction! I was on board for my 21 day challenge and feeling good AND losing weight again. Then I got a hair brained idea to start another business!
You would not believe how busy I got, and right away. I was so busy I had to bring in a partner on the business to help because there was no way I could do it all by myself! We are well on our way to finding a permanent store location in about 6 months. Our clientele has been through the roof and I'm very happy with it and am considering leaving my job to do this full time.
Now then, with the good there is the bad. My stress level has been through the roof. My jaw is sore because I have started grinding my teeth really bad at night and I'm having a hard time balancing everything. Bringing in a partner has helped a lot and I'm expecting the work load to slow down some. Between my current business venture, my seasonal online store (will be running again mid October), managing a farm, working full time, and going to school full time (My summer semester I'm holding a 4.0), sometimes I'm convinced I'm super woman. Hopefully if I can keep clientele up I can go into this new venture full time. That would help a ton!
So, with all the stress the eating has been TERRIBLE. I mean down right scary. Thank goodness I never gain past that 160 mark, but I'm basically starting over again from my evil plateau place.
I had a fat moment inside an Allsups today and it inspired me to get my butt back into gear. There was a camera I saw myself on and I wasn't so pleased with how chubby I was looking. My last fat moment inspired me to loose 40 pounds.
I sat down and wrote out my work/school schedule (luckily my schooling is all online with WTAMU) and scheduled some workouts here and there. On nights I know I'll be gone, I scheduled a morning walk. So, planning is key, and if I put my mind to it, anything is possible. So, tomorrow will start again my 21 day challenge. I'm going to focus on NO alcohol (thank you clients that bring beer and wine to their appointments but you're making me fat). low carb eating, and scheduling my workouts every week and sticking to them. My goal is to get 3 days of body pump in and filling in other days with walking where I can.
So..... here we go again!
PS> I got my extensions back and finally made my full blonde transition.... woo woo! Talk about a confidence booster!
Oh, and here is my business facebook
