Following my recent addition of STRENGTH TRAINING DAYS to my fitness plan,my nutrition goal has now changed from 1,200 -1500 to 1,370 -1720 calories.
This notwithstanding,i am hoping to stay within the middle of my calorie range
My streak for DAY 3 and DAY 4
- staying within my calorie range 1522 and 1551 respectively
- no binge eating
- comply with living the good life points with my spark team
- Drink 10 glasses of water daily
- Aim for 10 pm bedtime
