Did I mention I'm late???? So with all of these workouts and trying new running apps and stuff I got myself behind on the training I had decided to schedule for myself. Today in order to try to catch up for 10k training, which is on the 6th!!! I got up before work and ran/walked 4.01 miles. I'll do this again Friday, then Sunday I'll add 1/2 miles or more and then Tuesday and Thursday up a little more each day. Should make it at least more tolerable, right?? I sure hope so! From 3.13 to 4.01 was a little too much! I'm sore, my hips, groin, knees and ankles!! Wish me luck!!!
