I have lost 30 lbs since January, 86 lbs total lost. I can now do Cardio workout with Coach Nicole for an hour and enjoy every minute. I can walk/jog for 5 or more miles and enjoy every mile. I can now enjoy going clothes shopping and see what size I will fit in now as all my clothes are too big for me, except for a pair of dress slacks that are a size 12 and I can get it past my hips. When I think of more things I can do I will put it in a blog. I know I am enjoying living in my body than I ever have before, even when I could fit into the size 12 slacks because of all that I have learned about myself on this journey.
