For the past month I have been getting up at 5am. I bike to the gym. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s, I run on the elliptical for an hour. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday’s I do half an hour of elliptical and half an hour of weight training.
Yesterday, I went to my nutritionist and did my weigh in. I lost half a freakin’ pound! Seriously, only half a pound in a month, what the Hell?!
My nutritionist suggested that I kick up my protein intake after my workouts. Also she’s changed up my work out routine again, suggesting more interval training on the elliptical. So we’ll see how that works out.
I also have an appointment in Aug. to get my thyroid checked.
I’m putting in the effort, now I want the results!
