Week 26 Ė Renewed Determination

emoticon I GAIN AGAIN and it was because I ate my intolerant foods (CAKE with contained emoticon, Gluten) and that is how my body reactions to it by gaining weight. Now Iím at the mercy of my body as to when it wants to let it go. Well since Monday, I have implementing new strategies to retrain my mind.

I have already put my plan into action.
emoticon I have been avoiding my intolerant foods emoticon emoticon
emoticonIím staying within my range and keeping my carb/protein ratio to 1:1 and not more to 1.2 to 1.
emoticon I stop eating after 7pm instead of 8pm.
emoticon Not snacking between breakfast and lunch. I will drink water emoticon instead of eating to get out of that habit and just eat lunch 1hr earlier. emoticon
emoticon I will be accountable to my teammates (Navy Ninjas BLC 22) by posting my CICO that spark give me everyday this week and if I canít, then I will explain why I did track my food for the day.

emoticon I am determined to be the biggest loser on my team at the next weigh in. So since I put it out there, I have to kick it into high gear. I am so determined to hit my goal weight and lose these stupid 7lbs BEFORE the end of the BLC22 round. emoticon

    emoticon emoticon As for being BL next week, I feel the devil coming out emoticon - I too had a gain this week, so I will be shedding some lbs too. Although I think I'm picking the wrong person to go up against..with you as our workout maniac, I need the challenge. emoticon Good Luck!
