Week 26 Ė Renewed Determination

I GAIN AGAIN and it was because I ate my intolerant foods (CAKE with contained
, Gluten) and that is how my body reactions to it by gaining weight. Now Iím at the mercy of my body as to when it wants to let it go. Well since Monday, I have implementing new strategies to retrain my mind.
I have already put my plan into action.
I have been avoiding my intolerant foods
Iím staying within my range and keeping my carb/protein ratio to 1:1 and not more to 1.2 to 1.
I stop eating after 7pm instead of 8pm.
Not snacking between breakfast and lunch. I will drink water
instead of eating to get out of that habit and just eat lunch 1hr earlier.
I will be accountable to my teammates (Navy Ninjas BLC 22) by posting my CICO that spark give me everyday this week and if I canít, then I will explain why I did track my food for the day.
I am determined to be the biggest loser on my team at the next weigh in. So since I put it out there, I have to kick it into high gear. I am so determined to hit my goal weight and lose these stupid 7lbs BEFORE the end of the BLC22 round.
