I'm running, I'm working my butt off (15 hour days), I'm watching my calories (I don't ALWAYS log my dinner, but it's always healthy and there's lots of lean protein and veggies and...)... And my weight is EXACTLY the same. To the ounce.
I know, I'm building muscle and all...but jeez.
So, I took a rest day yesterday (after 6 days of running in a row and a 15-hour workday (doing shipment, lifting boxes like weights, lol) on Monday, I thought it'd be for the best to make myself relax)...I'm focusing on my water and fruits/veg, keeping my calories in range and logging EVERYTHING that goes through my lips...and back to running tonight.
I know I've done this before--lost weight and stalled out--but darnit...!!
WHY CAN'T IT ALL JUST FLY OFF??
Also, there's no way I could make it to my 07/03 goal without completely ceasing to eat. So...there goes my bday gift to myself. *SIGH*
Just looking for some positivity today, I guess.
