HERE'S WHAT I'VE BEEN DOING LATELY

B/c of my stomach issues I've been drinking Slim Fast 2 meals breakfast & lunch Calories anywhere from 250-200 depending if I put fruit/bananna in it.Then I have dinner about 300 Calories & if I snack it's either pretzels,Popcorn,hard boiled egg anything 100 Calories.I've also been taking Hydroxycut Gummies this has really curbed my appetite this I'm shocked is working for me.

(I've tried Dexatrim,Acutrim etc.never worked.I also for 2 weeks tried Epecac Syrup YUCK & I noticed my neck was getting very thin.To make myself throw up not the best idea & it was too sweet the Epecac Syrup & I just couldn't put my finger down my throat.)

The first 2 weeks of using Hydroxycut it didn't curb my appetite then it started kicking in & my hunger has gone down.

I got this off a Special K Box a long time ago.If you weigh 200 pounds & you'd like to lose weight & weigh 130 pounds then you need to eat only 1300 Calories & maintain your weight & not go over the 1300 Calories.So if you need to weigh 110 then eat 1100 Calories,120 then you only eat 1200 Calories,130 weight then you should only consume 1300 Calories etc.My height is 5'3" right now I'm a size 16 & the last time I checked weighed 194 pounds at the doctors office.My personal goal is to weight 130-140.

This site has really helped me a lot I love the lay out of it & thank you Chris.I love that you can talk to others about anything & learn from each other.Also I love that it's free I don't have any money left over,so I really appreciate this.I owe you my life.

I HATE Fat Free the taste but however it does help keep me in my goal of Calories intake.I use seasoning like Mrs.Dash or Italian Seasoning etc.a lot too,not too much salt.For Sugar I love Stevia or the off brand like Meijer's it's cheapier especially for cooking/baking goodies.Also I love Crystal Light/Mio/Dasani water Enhancement.I don't drink soda as much 1-2 cans a day of diet.

I'm 5'3" so with my medium build I should be at 135 pounds

So NOT only height but also the size of your body.There are body builders.

    I’m not meaning to be critical at all; just want to help =) Undereating can be terrible for your metabolism and can actually prevent you from losing weight. Those calorie amounts are NOT “one-size-fits-all” and really depend on your activity level and current weight – for example, someone who weighs 600 pounds, has been eating 3,000 calories a day and wants to weigh 110 would NOT do well to suddenly drop their calories down to 1,100 – that could do damage to their body. With the SparkPeople tracker you can make adjustments so that it tells you how much you should be consuming based on your current weight, goal weight, and activity level. Like you said, everyone’s body is different. My goals are similar to yours and I need to eat around 1,700 calories -- less and I will not be healthy -- but I'm losing weight from it.

I really worry when I see people posting about disordered eating on here (using Ipecac for vomiting, etc.). Please take good care of yourself and have faith that healthy weight comes from serious LIFESTYLE changes, not from eating “diet” food, taking appetite-suppressants, etc. Those can hurt your body and are not sustainable for a lifetime.
