It's been forever since I've "sparked". That's mainly because I found a new and (in my opinion) preferable food tracker app that I use now instead of SP: lose it,

Lose It is a great phone or iPad app with all the bells and whistles as well as a much nicer user interface. I love it. sorry SP.

On the weight loss front lines, I've been maintaining my weight loss for a year this July. I fluctuate between 138 and 142. My "uh-oh, I'm getting fat again" weight used to be 150. Now I push the panic button when I get to 140 lbs. As always, I'd love to weigh in the upper 120's, but unless I get sick, I'm not sure I will ever realistically see "120-ville". For now, I'm good with size six. This morning I weighed 141lbs, so it's time to leave my beloved wine alone for a couple of days and lay off the late-night snacking (which I tell myself and my husband is necessary for me in order to take my meds). I can do this.

    Well you do look fabulous! Congrats on finding what works for you & sticking to it!

I'm also discovering that I can't snack late at night, & am slowly getting myself reprogrammed to eat dinner earlier, & nothing after 10 at the latest.
