concentrated breathing

I discovered today that I can jog for exercise. I'm not great at it, but I can actually do it. What I found out about the process is that it I concentrate on controlling my breathing and less on the run then I can go farther. Now I am not what I would call a runner. Running is hard. But I can add a little jog to my powerwalk and feel like I actually worked out. There really is a natural "high" to me felt when your heart starts pumping and your breathing becomes stronger. It was a good walk today.
