New Focus

I have recently decided to refocus on my life, including what I eat, drink and most importantly exercising. With that in mind, I am back using SparkPeople after a long break, and have started do some cardio everyday! I'm now in day 3 of the AdvoCare 24-Day Challenge and day 3 of Hip Hop Abs (loving Shaun T. right now). My overall goal is to lose 30 lbs and bring in my 40th birthday healthier and in shape!!!! I have 47 weeks to hit my target and plan on giving it all I have!!!

I'm not really into exercising and chocolate is my major vice, so this coming year is going to be a challenge or me to change my mindset and eating habits. One thing I love about Advocare is that you can still EAT!!! My sister has been doing AdvoCare for over 5 years now, and has definitely seen major results. And she has a cookie addiction that is second to none!!!!

    Stay with it and you'll definitely hit your target. I struggle with the exercise component, too, and it takes strong commitment to make it happen each day but it will be worth it (or so I tell myself often!).
