I am starting day 5 of my "choice" the choice I have, choosing healthy over the love affair I have with sugar, the lure of donuts, cakes, cookes and brownies. I find it extremely challenging to find "sugar free" foods, so I choose just to pick something else. My initial goal for this choice is 21 days, the amount of time to change a habbit. So far, I am not hungry, or crabby. I feel pretty motivated to have that control over really bad food. It also helps that it's too hot to bake. Snacks are hummus, bruchetta, nuts and veggies with preztel chips. The added benefit (hopefully) is to loose a few pounds along the journey! In addition to increasing my exercise as well. I am down .7 pounds from Saturday. Yeah me! Off to drink som water!
