Last week went well. I worked out and drank my water, and then it happened........the dreaded foot pain! I've had this issue off and on, but last week, it was terrible! So bad that on Thursday, I couldn't even work out! I decided to take it easy, and I plan to start back today. I'm just deciding what I should do: weights, some low impact zumba, an easy walk? I'm just not sure. But I do know that I am getting back on track!
My sister will be in town for the 4th Festivities, so I will have her on the wagon as well, lol! She loves to walk just as much as I do! Hope you all have a productive Wednesday!!!
