Is It Normal to be Sore After Every Workout?

I've worked out 4 days this past week and I am always sore the next day. It prevents me from doing the exercise I had planned that day. Is this normal? I really want to be able to exercise pretty hard 5-6 days a week, but it isn't possible if I am sore in random areas. I am a little frustrated, but I will do some yoga and walk today instead of doing Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. UGHHH
